A representative from Ofgem has now been confirmed to open the workshop. They will explore the need to drive installation quality standards under ECO, with insights and trends from ECO2 and ECO3 technical monitoring results.

PAS 2035 is now the key over-arching document and should be used in conjunction with PAS 2030. Together, both documents supersede PAS 2030:2017 which will be withdrawn on 31 January 2021:

 
  • PAS 2035:2019: Retrofitting dwellings for improved energy efficiency – Specification and guidance
  • PAS 2030:2019: Specification for the installation of energy efficiency measures in existing dwellings and insulation in residual park homes
